Check in golf bag. (Please note that checking in of golf bags must be at least 45 minutes before Ferry Departure time)
Departure from Singapore
Proceed to Level 2, Ferry Departure Hall. The Pre-Immigration Gate closes 15 minutes before the scheduled departure time. Golfers are advised to enter early especially during peak periods* when large crowds are expected.
Peak periods -
Weekdays (0715hrs to 0900hrs)
Weekends
(0715hrs to 1100hrs)
Getting there from Singapore to Indah Puri Resort, Batam:

The ferry trip takes about 45 minutes from Harbourfront Centre to Sekupang Ferry Terminal. Ferry service is by Batamfast.

Batam is one hour time behind Singapore time.
Boarding Pass Collection
Procedures on arrival for golfers from S’pore:
On Arrival:
1.
Upon arrival at the Sekupang Ferry Terminal (SFT), please proceed to the immigration counter immediately. SFT porters will take care of your golf bag and deliver to the transport provided.
2.
Please pass your passport to Indah Puri Staff for the express check-in immigration clearance. For Non-Asean golfers, they are required to pay Visa On Arrival (VOA) to our CRO.
3.
After immigration clearance, please proceed to Indah Puri’s vehicle at the entrance for a 10 min land transfer to our Clubhouse.
4.
Please have your return ferry booked and confirmed with our Golf Receptionist upon arrival at the Clubhouse.
On Departure:
1.
Please reconfirm your return ferry time with our Golf Receptionist after the golf game.
2.
Collect your passport from Golf Receptionist Counter before departure as per our bus schedule.
3.
Please ensure you check all your belongings and items in your golf bag before you leave the Clubhouse.
4.
Upon arrival at the Sekupang departure terminal, you will be meet by Indah Puri’s Staff
and handover your boarding pass for departure to Singapore.

All other countries not listed below will need to pay the following Visa Fees on arrival :
1. USD 10.00 :
Valid for 7 days
2. USD 36.00 :
Valid for 4 - 30 days
Overstay will result in payment of USD 200.00 per day
