• Club Ownership & Interest

The Club is a proprietary club and members will have no interest in any of the assets, facilities, or property of the Club.

• Club Regulations

The Rules and Regulations of the Club are determined by the Management and are subject to change at Management’s sole discretion.

• Membership Transfer

Subject to prior approval by the Management and payment of a prescribed transfer fee, membership is transferable.

• Eligibility & Membership Availability

Golf club membership will be available to individuals, corporations, and Term entities permitted by the Management.

• Rights & Responsibilities

Members must comply with the Rules and Regulations adopted by the Management. Failure to adhere to these rules may result in suspension or termination of membership.
